Commissioner of Oaths vs. Notary Public — what's the difference?
A Commissioner of Oaths can commission affidavits and statutory declarations. A Notary Public can also certify true copies of documents and notarize documents for use in other jurisdictions. We hold both designations, allowing us to assist with a wide range of document commissioning and notarization needs.
